FAQ


Zentoro offers free shipping no matter where you are located on the globe, and no matter how small your purchase is, there is no minimum purchase required.

Destinations we regularly ship to include: US, Europe, NZ / AU on average in 2 - 4 weeks. 

The following regions might have longer shipping time due to local Post and custom security from each country take longer time to process arrival international package.  These regions include Eastern European countries (Italy, Greece, Romania, Ukraine, Turkey), Central or South America, Middle East, South Asia. 

 

1. Payment Method?

If your payment is declined, make sure to double check your billing address, zip code, and card's 3-digit cvv number is an exact match.

We use PayPal since it is an internationally recognized payment method that is safe, secure and accepts all major cards and ensures buyer protection to all our customers. You may also make a guest checkout purchase through Paypal without having to actually signup for an account as long as you have an email and a credit card number. 

 

2. Will I receive my items faster if I order them one by one?

The answer is no since the more you buy in one single order, the cheaper it will be for us to upgrade your shipping speed and of course we will automatically upgrade your shipping speed once it reaches a certain threshold but this is only offered for all major countries. However, we will always ship the fastest possible method whether that be shipping your items individually or grouped altogether.

 

3. I picked the wrong size and I didn't bother checking the measurements. Can I get a refund?

We unfortunately do not offer refunds if you chose the wrong size, so be sure to select your correct clothing size carefully prior to purchase.

 

4. What countries do you ship to, and how long does it take for my item(s) to arrive?

All major countries except a few smaller countries including Iran due to complications and restrictions with our global shipping carriers. Before we ship, processing time is up to 3 business days. On average, you should receive your item(s) on average within 2 - 3 weeks but no more than 30 calendar days from the day it is shipped. We do not ship to PO boxes, this includes APO/FPO/DPO.

Note: Some countries may take longer than expected to arrive. Destinations we regularly ship to include: US, Europe, NZ / AU, Mexico, Brazil, South Africa on average in 2 - 3 weeks.

 

5. Why does my item have a different size on the tag to what I ordered?

This is because we convert our suppliers international sizes to U.S. and western standards on our website. Some products keep their original tags from the originating country of our suppliers.

 

6. The item I received is damaged/faulty, can I get a refund?

Absolutely, just send the item back to us, and we'll send the replacement, or issue a full refund.  Return and replacement policy is effective within 20 days from the day of receiving the item.
